The exposure calculation included a zero increment for the 34 minutes not sampled. The employee was not provided a hearing conservation program. b) An employee working on metal products, exposed to noise levels at 87.56% of the permissible daily noise dose (8-hour time weighted average sound level of 85 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of 89.05 dBA during the 445 minute sampling period on February 10, 2015. The exposure calculation included a zero increment for the 35 minutes not sampled. The employee was not provided a hearing conservation program.
