29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: Plant site - On or about February 4, 2015 cover/guard for picker roll on Recycle Picker (Jiangsu Yingyang Company Recycling Machine) was not equipped with an interlock with time delay to prevent the cover/guard from being opened prior the picker roll comes to a complete stop.
