29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: a) Sawing Area - The employer did not establish a baseline audiogram for all employees with potential noise exposure at or above the TWA. The average noise level measured for a saw operator exposed to continuous noise for 397 minutes was 93.7 decibels or 167.9% of the OSHA 8-hour TWA for noise. Zero exposure was assumed for the unsampled period of 83 minutes. Condition identified on or about February 11, 2015.
