29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: On or about February 11, 2015 and in times prior thereto, an iron worker was cutting metal brace on an unprotected stairway landing twelve feet above the lower level creating a fall from elevation hazard. The stairway was located at the construction site.
