29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: (a) 1616 N Cameron Street Harrisburg Pennsylvania - The employer did not ensure that scrap material was stored in a manner to prevent against sliding or collapse, on or about February 6, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
