29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Second Floor - Employees performed floor sheeting and other framing work while standing 12'6" high on the unfinished and unguarded second floor of an assisted care facility under construction, thereby exposing the employees to a serious hazard, observed on or about 2-17-15. Abatement certification required.
