29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Highland Park Senior Living, Wilkes-Barre, PA: Second floor decks located at the front and rear of the building were not equipped fall protection exposing employees to a 12 foot 7 inch fall hazard, as observed on or about July 23, 2015. Angelicola Realty was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1040482, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 19, 2015 with respect to a work place located at the Highland Park Senior Living, Wilkes-Barre, PA. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
