OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  F/V Arctic Prowler, OSI Dock:  On or about 4 February 2015  and times prior thereto; two instances were noted where electrical hazards existed:       (a) Compressor area: 75 foot orange extension cord with cut insulation.         (b) Maintenance shop: 100 foot purple/yellow extension cord with missing ground pin.  These conditions exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.
