OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and struck by hazards: (a) Auto repair shop: On or about February 12, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while elevating vehicles with a Rotary Lift that had non functioning over head limit switch. (b) Auto repair shop: On or about February 12, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while elevating vehicles with lifts that had not received annual inspections. (c) Auto repair shop: On or about February 12, 2015 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while elevating vehicles with a un named in-ground hydraulic vehicle lift that did not have locks on the lift.
