Auto Repair Shop: On or about March 3, 2021 and at times prior employees were exposed to caught in hazards while using the abrasive wheel on the ProValue 6 inch Double Bench Grinder with the work rest being adjusted to approximately 3/4 of an inch from the abrasive wheel.

29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: a) Courtesy Motors, Inc. Auto Repair Shop: On or about March 3, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while using the abrasive wheel on the ProValue 6 Inch Double Bench Grinder that did not contain a tongue guard.
