29 CFR 1917.43(c)(4): Braking systems on powered industrial trucks were not operable and/or in safe condition OSI Dock, M/V Coastal Merchant: On or about 12 February 2015 and times prior thereto, the Nissan 90, #F21 forklift was been operated to offload the M/V Coastal Merchant with an inoperative emergency brake. This condition exposed employees to a struck by hazard.
