29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: One New Bond St, Worcester MA On 2/18/15 and at times prior, employees who inspected operating oven fan components were exposed to nip point hazards due to incomplete guarding of the belts and pulleys. On 2/18/15, an employee received fingertip amputation injuries in a belt/pulley nip point while inspecting operating oven fan components.
