29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section:           a) Receiving Department - Cage Dump System: On or about February 18, 2015 the employer failed to develop, document, or utilize procedures for the control of potentially hazardous hydraulic energy when an employee working on the #1 Cage Dump System suffered an amputation of the 3rd & 4th fingertip(s) when his right hand was caught in the conveyor system.
