29 CFR 1926.200 (g)(2): All traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), 1988 Edition, Revision 3 or Millennium Edition: a) On or about February 9, 2015, and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards of live traffic in that effective traffic control zones were not set up to protect workers while delivering articulated boom man lifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment to customer-identified sites on and across public road ways. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
