OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a. On or about February 25, 2014, in the warehouse area, all of the 3-platform racking systems are not secured, in that the (end) upright frames are not secured/mounted to the floor, exposing employees to a collapse hazard.
