Last training conducted was 2010.      * ABATEMENT NOTE: By this date the employer must either correct the alleged violation or implement a Fire Safety Policy; as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.38(a) and .39 which includes the evacuation requirements of 29 CFR 1910.157(b).   Ward Steel Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.157(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314344490, citation number 1, item number 4b and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 4591 Morgan Place, Liverpool, NY 13090.
