OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to which employees were exposed to the hazard of falling. (a) Location - 210 Andover Street, Peabody, MA: On or about 2/25/2015, employees were exposed to a fall hazard with regards to having the mid rail bar taped in the open position. Among other methods, feasible and acceptable to correct this hazard include but are not limited to: Read and follow the Haulotte operators manual guide lines for safe use.
