29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) Dish Room: On or about February 25, 2015 and at times prior thereto, an eye wash was not provided where corrosive Ecolab dishwasher products, such as "Eco-San" and "Oasis 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer", were used in the dish washing process. In addition, gallon containers of the corrosive products "Lime-A-Way and "Valu Plus Oven & Grill Cleaner" are stored on shelves in the room.
