29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: a) Canteen: On or about December 1, 2016 and at times prior thereto, a safety data sheet was not maintained for "Clean Force Oven and Grill Cleaner Gel Formula". The Veterans Canteen Service #678 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1043129, citation number 1, item number 5b and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3601 S. 6th Ave (5-VCS), Tucson, AZ 85723.
