29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii) as required by 1960.8(b): Special hand tools for placing and removing material were not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: (a) Vegetable Prep room; Berkel food slicer, Model X13A, S.N. 37-1001946, is used to slice whole onions without the utilization of food placement tools such as but not limited to a vegetable chute and pusher.
