29 CFR 1910.242(a) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition: (a) Vegetable Prep; On or about November 5, 2018, Hobart Corporation Edge Slicer, Model Edge ML-134054, S.N. 21-1008454, was used to slice onions while not in a safe condition in that the meat grip handle was in disrepair and was not installed while the slicer was being used.
