29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms. a). Print Shop - On or about and times prior to February 26, 2015, a metal stairway was not equipped with standard railings consisting of top and intermediate railing on the right side descending and an intermediate railing on the right side ascending exposing employees to a trip and a fall hazard of approximately 36.5 inches onto concrete flooring.
