29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: a) Jobsite - The employer allowed employees to operate PITs, including, but not limited to forklifts in a storage facility. The areas that were operating PITs had pallets, boxes, and other stored goods placed into aisles and passageways. Observed on or about 26 FEB 2015.
