29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jobsite - On or about March 03, 2015 employees were pulling framing material up to the second floor wall opening without fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall height of 12 feet.
