Pacemaker Steel & Piping Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection number 314347816, Citation 1, Item 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/29/10, with respect to a workplace at 2 North Floral Ave., Binghamton, NY 13901.
