29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Worksite located at 2100 East Overland Drive; Area outside of the Instrument Shop: The cord was attached to a florescent light and plugged into a receptacle. The cord has pulled away from the male plug which allowed all of the weight of the cord to be transmitted to the terminal screws.

Western Sugar Cooperative was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 879482, Citation #1, Item #5, and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2020 State Avenue, Billings, MT.
