29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  235 Barnum Road, Devens, MA: On or about March 5, 2015: electrical panels housing live electrical parts for the hydraulic dock levelers (facility wide) were observed with their covers open exposing employees to electrical shocks and burns.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  235 Barnum Road, Devens, MA: On or about March 5, 2015: electrical panels were observed which were not maintained with minimum clearance requirements preventing ready and safe operation.  (a) Panel boards, panel number BC-1, blocked by pallets and debris. (b) Panel boards, panels REF-L, REF-M, blocked by boxes and cleaning materials. (c) Compactor panels, door 21, 66 Saratoga Boulevard, panels blocked by trash cans and debris.

(a) Blue, flexible cord powering JLG unit, back wall, warehouse. (b) Black, flexible cord, powering JLG unit, near power panels, back wall, warehouse. (c) Red\orange , flexible cord, powering scissor lift, front loading area, warehouse.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
