29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: At 422 Hazelwood Logistics Center, Hazelwood, MO, specifically alongside Loading Dock 35, the concrete floor was "sweating" thereby creating a slip, trip, and fall hazard for the employees. This violation was noted on 05/23/18.
