29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): An employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about March 4, 2015, at an excavation site on the corner of Park St. and Landry Dr., an employee standing on the top edge of the trench box did not have any form of fall protection; the employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6-feet.
