29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1): Flexible electric cords were fastened with staples or otherwise hung in such a fashion as could damage the outer jacket or insulation: On or about March 3, 2015, at Bison Rig #14, three extension cords were suspended below the mud engineer, geologist and company man trailer using chicken wire and were not supported in place to safeguard from physical damage. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards.
