29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(vi): A receptacle installed in a wet location where the product intended to be plugged into it was not to be attended while in use (for example, sprinkler system controllers, landscape lighting, and holiday lights) did not have an enclosure that was weatherproof with the attachment plug cap inserted or removed:   On or about March 3, 2015, at McVay Rig #1, the 120V two-outlet receptacle box outside the company man trailer was broken and not weatherproof. The receptacle with exposed to live parts had its cover held in place with duct tape and was not sealed properly exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
