29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition: (a) 2600 Willow Street Pike Suite 5, Willow Street Pennsylvania - The employer did not maintain safety glasses used for the baler in a sanitary condition, on or March 4, 2015. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
