29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):    (a)  At the facility sewing room, on or about 3/4/2015: The needle with standard pressure foot on the industrial sewing machines had no adequate guards installed to prevent operator finger injury during sewing of commercial fabrics.     Abatement certification must be submitted.
