29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    (a) On or about March 06, 2015 - Main plant, the plate roller control box had exposed electrical wires below the operator buttons and at the primary electrical box at the base of the machine.    Sunbelt Fabricators, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315183574, citation number 01, item number 16(b) and was affirmed as a final order on 8/18/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 113 Industrial Drive Steele, Alabama 35987.
