29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Mad Roofing LLC at 10648 Worchester Dr., Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before March 6, 2015 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee sweeping snow off the second level of a two-story residential home was not utilizing a fall protection system. The pitch of the roof was approximately 5-in-12. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 25 feet.
