29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Located on the east side of the residential structure one employee was observed installing ice shield on a roof while not utilizing an adequate fall protection system. Potential fall heights were measured to be greater than 25' with a roof pitch of 6/12.
