29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. In the warehouse the employer stored fuel cylinders next to oxygen cylinders without having a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least 1/2 hour.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(5): If an operator has previously received training in a topic specified in paragraph (l)(3) of this section, and such training is appropriate to the truck and working conditions encountered, additional training in that topic is not required if the operator has been evaluated and found competent to operate the truck safely.
