29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) At the cold-storage facility located at 301 Airport Dr., Montezuma, GA : On or about February 17, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards, in that walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of ice and snow where employees utilized Freezer #5 exit door. b) At the cold-storage facility located at 301 Airport Dr., Montezuma, GA, on or about February 17, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards in that walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of water where employees utilized Room 4.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) At the cold-storage facility located at 301 Airport Dr., Montezuma, GA : On or about February 17, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to ensure that "Exit" signs were placed above pedestrian exit doorways located at the south dock receiving wall, thereby exposing employees to related emergency-egress hazards.
