29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): Cleaning. Spray booths must be so installed that all portions are readily accessible for cleaning. A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides must be kept free from storage or combustible construction. (a) The paint booth located next to the maintenance shop must be kept clear on all sides not less than 3 feet. The employer failed to keep clear maintenance equipment from within the area of paint booth; 3 feet on all sides.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): An employer may provide respirators at the request of employees or permit employees to use their own respirators, if the employer determines that such respirator use will not in itself create a hazard. If the employer determines that any voluntary respirator use is permissible, the employer must provide the respirator users with the information contained in Appendix D to this section ("Information for Employees Using Respirators When Not Required Under the Standard"); (a) The employer determined voluntary respirator use was permissible throughout the facility, but the employer failed to provide the employees with the mandatory information and training contained in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134.
