29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of PPE that would protect the employee from the hazards identified: a) On or about March 26, 2014, at the above located workplace, employees of MacNeil Automotive and temporary employees were required use box cutters to cut floor mats on a daily basis. The employer provided but did not ensure that all employees properly used long sleeve cut resistant gloves to protect their hands and arms. The employees were thereby exposed to laceration hazards.
