29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. (a) On or about March 10, 2015 employer did not maintain workplace free from slipping hazards due to a rust prohibiter, trash and water that had accumulated on the floor of the mop storage area and the steel roll storage area. (b) On or about March 10, 2015 the maintenance shop area was maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. Paper boxes, bags of materials were observed on the floor resulting in poor housekeeping.

29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1): Every flight of stairs having four or more risers shall be equipped with standard stair railings or standard handrails as specified in paragraphs (d)(1)(i) through (v) of this section, the width of the stair to be measured clear of all obstructions except handrails: (a) On or about March 10, 2015 Crane Cradles were missing a mid rail on each stair.
