The employer did not ensure that the employees received bloodborne pathogens training within one year of the previous training. On or about March 13, 2015. Dentex Dental at Porter was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1002121 citation number 1 item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/26/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 826 West Porter Street, Philadelphia, PA, 10148.
