29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) 4702 East Main Street Belleville, PA - An employee was utilizing a JLG 600-S aerial lift to perform elevated work activities and was not protected/restrained inside the basket by attaching the lanyard to the equipment's anchor point, thereby exposing the employee to a possible ejection and fall hazard of approximately 8 feet, on or about March 16, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
