29 CFR 1917.17(k): Employees remained in or on gondolas or flat cars when drafts were landed in or on the railcar, creating overhead, caught-in, caught-between, or struck-by hazards: Port of Anchorage, East Rail Spur: On or about March 13, 2015 and at times prior thereto, the employer created a caught-between hazard during the stowing of "Stryker" vehicles on railroad flat cars. This condition resulted in fatal injuries to an employee.
