Employees in the finishing department sprayed Gemini Industries Inc UCV-1010 white conversion varnish on cabinetry. The varnish contained formaldehyde. Employees had not been provided protective clothing to prevent exposure to the skin. This condition exposed employees to a chemical hazard.
