29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items of this section: (a) On or about March 12, 2015 - Mill Shop (Moulder Department), Wrapper Department, and Trim Saw Area within the Packaging Department, the lockout/tagout program did not include written Energy Control Procedures for employees authorized to apply control mechanisms and/or perform service or maintenance on machines such as, but not limited to, Weinig Moulders, a Company Designed and Built Double EdgeTrim Saw, Mayer Panel Saws, and Mereen-Johnson Rip Saws.
