29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Establishment/151 Ridgedale Ave. East Hanover, NJ 07936 The employer did not provide hazard communication training to an employee who was exposed to sulfate acid (batteries maintenance of electric powered industrial truck). Violation was disclosed on or about 03/18/2015. The Paper Mart Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315300780, citation number 1, item number 2(b) and was affirmed as a final order on 4/11/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 151 Ridgedale Ave. East Hanover, NJ 07936.
