Cubicle near front entrance, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including, the Patton floor heater. (Item Corrected) 2. Middle Cubicle, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to computer equipment. 3. Office, where two relocatable power taps were daisy chained and used to supply power to computer equipment. (Item corrected) The USDA Farm Service Agency was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 897528, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2013 with respect to a workplace at Ephrata, WA. The USDA Farm Service Agency was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 892735, citation no. 1, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 9, 2013 with respect to a workplace at Mount Vernon, WA.
