29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded:    (a) Back side, new townhome construction located on Lot #14 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to amputations while operating a Jenny Air Compressor (Model KU) without the cover over the starter recoil on the Honda Engine. The moving parts of the starter recoil exposed the operator to moving rotating parts during start up.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:     (a) Top plate, new townhome construction located at Lots #13-17 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to falls of approximately 30-feet while engaged in framing activities on the outside top plate with no fall protection system in place.
