29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(2)(i): The employer did not perform initial monitoring to determine the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee on the basis of a sufficient number of personal breathing zone air samples to accurately characterize full shift exposure on each shift, for each job classification, in each work area:  (a) Reitnouer, Inc. - The employer did not conduct initial monitoring for hexavalent chromium (chromium VI) for employees who may weld on stainless steel, on or about March 18, 2015.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
